'Currently' tells you how many hours, on average, over the past three months, that freelancer has spent doing what they are offering, or using the tool they say they have expertise in. It's a 'live' calculation, based on the hours they are logging within freelancetimemanager.com. You might judge that the person spending 30 hours a month on x is better for you than the person spending 15 hours, but what is not being reported is how much experience the person has. For instance the 30 hours a month person might be spending that time because they are learning, while the 15 hours a month person might be fully experienced. For now, you will have to get in touch with the freelancer. The other issue here is that you are looking at atomised skills. That's by design, but in due course I'll code a way for you to get an overview of what else the freelancer does with their time. For instance, I think of myself as an all-round web developer and marketer, but if you look at how much time I spend on HTML/CSS (website code), you might want to argue otherwise. That's because I'm writing, coding, strategising, running social media and all sorts of stuff that are part of the mix. I may be perfect for you, but that low hours for HTML/CSS might put you off. So there are lots of issues here, but at least you can find people with skills you want who are offering their services. The rest, will come.
